Modern Property Management is the professional services arm of North Realty Brokers, founded and led by Marcus Binion, MBA, Designated Broker. Over the past two decades Marcus has supervised thousands of residential and commercial units across Washington, negotiated hundreds of leases, and personally overseen everything from capital-expense planning to emergency midnight repairs.
Co-owner Gretchen Binion, Nurse, adds 20 years of health-care and caregiving expertise—an invaluable perspective when serving residents with special needs or mobility challenges. Together, we blend Wall-Street-level financial discipline with Main-Street service and transparency.
